Kenneth founded Information Systems Integration (ISI) – a Washington, D.C.-based information technology services and consulting practice serving the nation’s top lobby firms – in 1993, and over the past twenty-four years he has provided IT and cybersecurity consulting services for the leading organizations influencing policy in the United States. With a particular focus on infrastructure security and data analytics, he has assisted many clients, including foreign sovereigns, to ensure brand and profile security, as well as building engaged communities within the social media realm.
In addition to being a fervent technology evangelist and maintaining many industry-specific certifications, Kenneth is an established subject matter expert on digital technology security and new media, and he is a frequent contributor to technology-related publications. Mr. Holley proudly served in the United States Navy for six years and resides with his wife and their three children.

Following his twenty years in the hospitality industry, Adam Brewer is armed with an unimpeachable sixth sense for serving others and developing mutually-beneficial solutions to complex operational business challenges. It was Adam’s responsibility and passion to engage with organizational leaders across multiple verticals to address their mission-critical issues, and as a result he’s fashioned a unique skill set and approach that helps him serve his clients with genuine concern and excellence.
Since 2015, Adam has leveraged talents in the information technology services sector, partnering directly with business owners to equip them with innovative security solutions, while continuing his focus on technical modernization and alignment across their entire digital platform.
Adam Brewer hails from South Padre Island, Texas, having grown up there along with his five siblings. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, exploring the great outdoors and living a healthy and active lifestyle.

For over 25 years, Richard Bagdonas has lead the growth and development of technology and service companies across multiple industries, including four that were acquired and two now trading publicly. His businesses have been named finalists for PYMNTS’ Most Innovative Company Award, a Top 10 Company by GigaOM, and were awarded a slot in Microsoft’s coveted and highly competitive BizSpark One program.
With specialities that range from back-end system design to the integration of disparate software systems, as well as software architecture, design and development and mobile app development, Richard brings a wealth of multifaceted experience and insight to the Silent Quadrant team. He has authored four books on telecommunications and data networking design and engineering, co-authored a book on the convergence of voice, video and data communications, and is a regular contributor to TechCrunch and the Austin American-Statesman, among other digital and traditional publications.
Richard proudly served as an external technical consultant to the United States Air Force and Pentagon, and currently resides with his wife and two children in Austin, Texas, where he leads Operation Turkey, a nonprofit he founded to feed and clothe 10% of the US population on Thanksgiving Day.
