Kenneth founded Silent Quadrant – a Washington, D.C.-based digital protection agency and consulting practice – in 1993, and over the past twenty-eight years Silent Quadrant has delivered incomparable digital security, digital transformation, and risk management within the world's most influential government affairs firms, associations, and small and medium size businesses throughout the United States. With a particular focus on infrastructure security and threat modeling, he has assisted many clients, including foreign sovereignties, ensure brand and profile security.

In addition to being a certified privacy professional, fervent technology evangelist, and maintaining many industry-specific certifications, Kenneth is an established subject matter expert on digital security and is a frequent contributor to security-related publications. Mr. Holley proudly served in the United States Navy for six years.

In 2015 Adam joined the cybersecurity industry, working alongside business executives in developing digital protection strategies to address the challenges of an evolving threat landscape. His passion lies in engaging with organizational leaders to address mission-critical issues. As a result of his time in both the hospitality and cybersecurity industries, he’s fashioned a unique skill set and approach that’s truly centered around the service of others through digital protection.

Adam leverages his acumen for digital security controls and frameworks to align clients’ business objectives with measurable risk maturity programs. His pragmatic approach to problem solving evokes an uncanny ability to affect change within an organization. His greatest successes are found in the transformation of the clients he serves.

Pioneering, innovative, highly accomplished, and decorated, Marc leverages an immense and diverse skillset – derived over the course of his 25+ year career in the United States Air Force – to positively impact digital security, digital transformation, risk management, and strategic operations within organizations across a vast array of industries.

Achieving the rank of Colonel, and holding a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance, Marc’s rich military career included assignments as:
